But the talented vocalist doesn't plan to shy away from the spotlight anytime soon, as she's gearing up for the premiere of her new musical reality television competition, The Voice.On Tuesday, the singer slipped into a little red dress and matching lipstick for the NBC press conference. The show, hosted by Carson Daly, will offer a winning vocalist $ 100,000 and a recording contract with Universal Republic.
