2011 Chevrolet Cruze and Ford Edge Become Canadian Car and Utility of the Year
This is a news from 2011 Canadian International Auto Show, where Ford and Chevrolet received some titles. The Automobile Journalist Association of Canada (AJAC) has named the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze as the Canadian Carof the Year, while Ford Edge is the Canadian Utility Vehicle of the year. The General Motors said that AJAC’s members was seen the compact sedan’s efficiency, price, and refinement as the reason why they picked it, besides the 10 standard air bags for the Cruze.

Spectre 341 Challenge For Everyone
Back in 1972, Hans Tanner and some members of the South California Ferrari Owners Club was set the track which is known as Nevada Highway 341 today. Tanner was greatly climb the hill in the event where he participated in Europe. Virginia City Hill Climb is considered as the best place to take a shot when recapturing the glory. Unfortunatelyon 2002, the event was discontinued because of a tragedy.
Then last year, the new organizers has rebooted the Virginia City Hill Climb to celebrate the first annual Spectre 341 Challenge. The second event will be held next June 17-20, 2011. Unlike the event last year which is limited to the invitation, the 2011 Spectre 341 CHallenge will be opened to anyone.
It means that you can join the 5.2 miles of climbing in Nevada. The road has multiple blind corners, some constant elevation shanges, and even in some points, you will meet no guardrails. If you think that you and your car will able to complete the task, you can join this event. To do that, you should pay $ 341 for the entry fee, and you better move to Nevada quickly and get into 3:41 club. All BMW Four Cylinder Will Be Turbocharged
I am hoping that you love your four cylinder engine on your BMW cars, because Autocar said that the German automaker has committed to plant a turbocharger to any of their four cylinder engine in the future. They claims that the report is coming from ‘company sources’, as well as saying that BMW is planning to use the turbo four cylinder to produce 241 horsepower.
Moreover, any four cylinders engine from the company will all based on the 2.0 liter aluminum block that has different engine management and turbocharges to help the crank dilver a better power. Autocar said that the block will use 0.3mm thick sprayed iron, while the conventional models is using 1.5mm cast iron sylinder for less weight, as well as adding its durability.

Civic’s Touring Car Looks For UK
This is a model which is aimed to UK’s Honda fans. Now, they will get the Civic five door special edition, with some new design elements which is inspired from British Touring Car Championship series. The car will be called Honda Civic Ti, and it looks like in the picture above. It will be available on both 1.4 and 1.8 liter i-VTEC Civic SE Models. For the ‘Limited Edition’ tags, Honda will only produce 500 units of this car, which will be going on sale from March.
There are no performance enhancements on this car, as it is only a looks package. In the outside, you will find a GP body kit with spoilers at the front and rear, as well as the side skirt inserts and rear body skirts. The only available color is Premium White Pearl like you see above. It has a 17 inch Pro Race wheel in matte black color from Team Dynamics, Honda’s BTTC racin partner.
